On January 11, 1997, the Pitt County Alumnae Chapter was chartered by twenty-seven inspired women committed to making an impact in the community. Pitt County Alumnae serves Ayden, Bethel, Belvoir, Falkland, Farmville, Fountain, Grifton, Grimesland, Pactolus, Simpson, Stokes, and Winterville through the sorority’s 5 point Programmatic Thrusts:
· Economic Development Incorporated
· Educational Development
· International Awareness and Involvement
· Physical and Mental Health
· Political Awareness and Involvement
